You can call them BBQ Pits, Wood Fired Barbecues, Barbecue Smokers, or Competition BBQ's... We just call 'em "Gary's Barbecues!"
Made by a local Artisan (Gary), this colossus of the grilling world is finally available in Bellingham.
Unlike most of their kind, which are built with the fire boxes on one side of the barbecue, these barbecues feature their fireboxes in the center underneath the grill. The benefit? More even heat distribution. "Gary's BBQ's" are excellent for wood-fired grilling and smoking!
